Muhammad Moosa is a committed social worker who has adedicated his life to eliminate poverty and corruption. He has been a Civil Commissioned Officer (in lieu of Captain) and got a chance to serve with senior Armed Forces Officers and Civil Service Officers including Maj. Gen Shakeel Tayyab Tirmizi, Mag Gen Shujaat Zamir Dar and Major Gen. Slaim Nawaz as well as Shah Mahboob Alam, MD OGDC with commendable track record of Government Service both in Army and Civillain set ups. He carried out many projects in various fields of Human Development. He has several publications on his credit some of them are taught in various training Centre and professional institutes. DISCOVER is his brain child, He formaly established Development Institute for Social Control, Organization, Vigilance, Education and Research (DISCOVER) in 2009. Since then he is leading it for Social awareness,community mobilization, rural development and capacity building of the people belonging to various communities. He loves poor people more then his blood relations. |
